Your Cycle of Service

 

When everyone comes back to your business, their friends with them, you’ve done something right.  This workshop helps you define that something right.  

 

Your Cycle of Service critically analyses the discoveries from Your Customer Roadmap and places them in a cycle of service for the repeated creation of completely satisfied customers.  It will become your company’s playbook for making customers smile and what staff need to do for this to happen. 

 

Your Cycle of Service includes:

 

  • Interactive Your Cycle of Service workshop (approx 3 hours).

  • A digital copy of your company’s cycle of service 

 

The price for your cycle of service is $925.
